Hangars are a key part of the landscape here at Palmetto Air Plantation, For aviation enthusiasts, having your own hangar and runway is a dream. And for those here at PAP, a dream come true. Spacious, elegant, and functional hangars can be seen wherever you go here and they are a great treasure to those who love flying as much as we do.
Gated Entry
Here at the Plantation, we take security very seriously. With an almost non-existent crime rate in the area, residents can feel safe and comfortable knowing they live in a wonderful part of the world. However, as additional security PAP has a single, gated, key-code entryway for the safety and protection of our community
Runway
One of the best things about PAP is our smooth and spacious 3,720′ x 150′ lighted turf runway. Featuring all-new landscaping and paved taxiways and roads for your convenience. Direct access to the Community Center and PAP Fuel Farm.
Community Center and Ponds
Our Community Center is a charming, open-air building with Stainless Steel cooking facilities, a large deck, and a Bose-quality sound system. Seated right between our ponds and our runway, it is a wonderful place to gather with friends and neighbors, watch planes come and go, enjoy the cool afternoon breeze, have a picnic, or go fishing.

Our on-site Fuel Farm features convenient, anytime fueling for residents managed through individually metered keys and provided at wholesale pricing. As a result, residents have “in their own backyard” an affordable, personal fuel depot.
Postal Center
With an on-site, secure, and lighted Postal Center just passed our gated entryway, you’ll always feel safe and comfortable whether checking the mail on a shady afternoon or late in the evening after a long day at work. Featuring all new landscaping.
